I had one foolish moment with another woman some time ago but luckily Olivia didn't hear about it. I don't know what went into me and I'm definitely not going to do it again! I feel guilty though so I'm trying to be as attentive to Olivia's needs as I can.

Our house seems so empty now that all our kids are living on their own. I think Chase misses the chess games with the twins so now he's always playing by himself now.

On hiatus

Wellington is on hiatus for a couple of weeks. I'm working the evening shift (from 3 pm to 11 pm) next week and every free moment I have I'll be watching the athletics world championships on tv. Have I mentioned I love watching sports?! Also I'm feeling a bit uninspired by sims at the moment so I think a break will do me good. I'm definitely not ditching Wellington and who knows, I might get back sooner than I thought.

I'm back!

I got back home yesterday. I actually missed my train but luckily was able to change my ticket to the next one which left only about 30 minutes later. Madonna was absolutely amazing, the best concert I've ever been to. We watched most of the concert on the screens because we were quite far away from the stage but I managed to see her with my own eyes a couple of times! I have been a Madonna fan for about 25 years so you can imagine it was a huge experience for me.

Now I'm ready to get back to simming. I'll try to get some updates done today because I have to go to work tomorrow (blah).

Taking a short break

I'm taking a short break from simming. My summer vacation is over and I got back to work yesterday so I won't have as much time to play as I did in July. Also I'm traveling to Helsinki tomorrow for a few days to see an old friend. We'll go to Madonna's concert on Thursday! Yay!

I'll come home late Saturday evening so I'll probably get back to simming on Sunday if I'm not too tired. Updates will come eventually :)
